help! okay well im pretty skinny. but i think my legs -thigh area- is kinda fat. is there any way i can lose weight around there and fast?! i try like all this stuff but its hard.. please help! i rate high!

If you are preety skinny, your legs doesn't have fat they have muscles. or if you aren't satisfiied go to gyms and stuff. hope i helped. ]

You should try things like running, jumping, sprinting, swimming, and lunge walking.
Join a cross country tream. It's great for running long distance. Or maybe try track. You do a lot of jumping and running in track.

I am actually a nurse, so what I say has research to back it up. You cannot lose fat in just one area, if you diet you will lose fat evenly all over your body. If you are already skinny chances are you really don't have fat thighs. Thighs are meant to be a little bit bigger than the rest of your body. (I am assuming that you are a girl because guys usually aren't this concerned about body image.) Anyway, your thighs are bigger because your body is designed to carry a baby. And, there are plenty of studies out there that prove that men are attracted to this. Men are naturally "programmed" to be attracted to certain feautures that make women more able to bear children. This includes big breasts, wide thighs and a little meat on the bones. I know I am assuming you dislike your figure because you think guys won't find you attractive, but I am just doing this because that is usually the case and I am just trying to give you the best answer I can. One last thing I would like to tell you is that there is a fairly simplke way to find out if you are "too fat". It is called the body mass index. I use this to gauge my weight because sometimes I think that I may be chunky. People constantly tell me that I am not and guys are always hitting on me. (sure signs that I indeed am not overweight). Basically, you take your height in inches and multiply it by your height in inches. Then you take your weight and divide it by this number. After that you multiply the answer you got by 703. As long as this final answer is between 19 and 24 you should be a healthy weight and have curves that men will love and will make other women jealous. good luck. ]
Lots of excercises that work your legs, such as walking, running, jogging, leglifts, wallsits, etc. There are a few here: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) that may help you. Be careful though, because although some excercises help reduce the size of your thighs, some excercises may actually tone your legs, but make them bigger by muscle gain. It depends on the different excercises.

Jogging and walking will slim your thighs greatly! Jump roping is another great way to tone up. Mostly, I suggest bike riding. Give bike riding a shot, and you will be amazed, just AMAZED, at the transition.
Just exercise daily, and stay dedicated. Losing weight and/or toning the body takes a lot of discipline...
