Two big rules: the laydeez, they like to talk about themselves. Ask her questions and encourage her to talk (don't forget to listen as well, you'll need the info later).
Number two, compliment her, but go for something that isnt obvious. Don't say 'I like your eyes'(lame) say- I like your shoes/earrings/hands. If its something she's never heard before she'll be genuinely pleased, and it'll make you look sensitive and observant.
