well flirt with him a little bit. ask him if he's into you. if he says yes then say that you are too. then ask him if he has a gf. if he says no then ask him out. if he likes you then he'll probably say yes!!

If you like him then dont waste anytime! And if he knows you like him then he is waiting for you to ask the question. If you are a shy person you should call him on the phone and be like, I like you a lot and you like me so... i was wondering if you wanted to go out with (put a "if not then thats ok" to make him feel like he isnt on the spot and answer so soon) then be like if you want to think about it or whatever thats fine but i would really love to go out with you cuz i think you are a great guy. Just explain how you are feeling but dont make it too mooshy kay? If you arent shy just tell him all that but in person and make sure you use good body language to make him feel comforatable dont twidle your thumbs or something... that will make him nervous.
