no quick ways.. if you wanna tone and stuff.. it takes time.. the quicker it happens, the quicker you get that excess weight back.. and it doubles.. so if you wanna tone.. you gotta do it the normal way.. no shortcuts ]
crunches, 50 a day and in sets of 10. run around the block 2 times a day. you will be losing weight in no time!
