okay so i have this livejournal but it's really boring and i don't know how to use any overrides to make it look pretty or anything. can someone please explain what i need to do to put a background picture on it and make my entries [not the background pic] only move when you scroll?

You might want to check out this website, [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) Just go under "Layouts" and click on "Livejournal". There's some really cute ones and it's a lot easyer to get a layout then it is to make one.
