ipod help
ohk so i was setting up my ipod on the computer cause u just got it. and the screen froze its been frozen for like 3hours.... how can i fix it?

move the Hold switch (on the top of ipod)on and off.
then Press & hold the Menu and Select buttons until that little apple appears for like abouut 8-10 seconds . but you might need to repeat those steps...it has happened to be before

something sort of like that happened to me it was because musicmatch kept popping up and i couldnt get to itunes you have to find the problem with a program or something ...check to see if you have music match...the programs messed up

To fix a frozen screen... you press the "off" button on the CPU drive. Hope I helped!

its its frozen then how did u ask this question? but anyways, try turning off your computer and turning it back on
