iwas installing my ipod and it froze. wtf. it wasnt low batterty or anything. what can i do 2 unfreez it

move the Hold switch (on the top of ipod)on and off.
then Press & hold the Menu and Select buttons until that little apple appears for like abouut 8-10 seconds . but you might need to repeat those steps...it has happened to be before

thats the exact same advice i gaave someone else

even if it isn't low battery, charge it. Try to see if it has it on the lock button on the top, make sure it isn't on red. If you can completely not get it to work, you can most likely exchange for a new one depending where you bought it. If you need further help, inbox or IM me at
