would you beleive a guy if he told you he loved you and that your beautiful and that your the only person on his mind what should i tell this kid i went out with him twice but he wants me again

I would say that it depends on what happened before. If things didn't end badly and he doesn't / hasn't lied to you, then go for it. But if he's not being sincere, don't waste your time.
