Can anyone tell me what are the best cell phones to purchase...Best deals....Best quality.

I have Cingular Wireless but personally i think that Cricket Wireless is the best. Their phones are expensive but the most expensive plan is only $45.00 for unlimited minutes, texting, long distance, voicemail, caller id, call waiting and 3-way. But everyone has their own opinions.
