Well you can start wearing tampons whenever you feel your ready.. i dont think it has a pacific age on when you can start wearin them and you can wear them anytime of the day.. you can wear them when you go swimming but i would suggest not wearing them in the shower and dont take a bath while bein on your period.. ♥ Dez

U kan start using tampons w/ you first period.((If you want)) It also does not matter what age you r. U kan shower with them but need to change them about every 3-4 hours. When you FIRST start using them, itll b uncomfy!!!

You can use them whenever you get your period. It doesnt matter if its your first time or 15th! The best age to use them is 13 and up. Time of day.. it doesnt matter. Whenever you get it then use it. You can shower with them, swim, do anything you want. Change it every 3 to 4 hours so it doesnt smell or so you wont leak. Its best to start off with little thing ones so you can get used to them. The best brand is Playtxx and Tampax Pearl! They are really comftrable.
