You might want to check out the noyouwerenothacked's pet page for some ways that you may have been tricked without knowing it.
Now, if you have any way to get back into the account, do it. Change that password and your e-mail address immediately. If you can't get back into the account, try putting your e-mail address into the login page to have to password sent to you. Maybe the person in your account hasn't thought to change the e-mail address yet. If that doesn't work, try e-mailing TNT and seeing what they can do about it.
Good luck, sweetie. I would hate to lose my account.
Oh, and for the record, Neopets was created for, and by ,bored college students and is now a site for all ages.
devilspawn_666 answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 6:52 pm: Okay, first of all, you cannot be "hacked" on neopets. I've been a member for about three years. The word you're looking for is "scammed" because no one can gain access to your neopets account unless YOU GIVE THEM your password. This is a widely known fact and the main reason why The Neopets Team stresses so heavily that you keep your password protected. There is really nothing you can do to get your account back unless you can trick that person into telling you the new password, and I wouldn't count on that happening. Just make a new account, start over on the site, and learn from your mistake. [ devilspawn_666's advice column | Ask devilspawn_666 A Question ]
HectorJr answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 6:43 pm: You are going to have to e-mail them about it, Neopets that is. No other way, sorry. Make sure you tell them your e-mail and ask them for a different password. If you change it, make sure its not an easy one either. Hope that helped.
