picture layout

Hey..i wanna join yearbook at my skool this year but i need to make a layout with pics on my computer so i have no idea how to do that...does anyone know how..if you cant explain and you;re willing to do it for me if i send the pics then thats fine too..please help! ♥

you need a scanner, and the program, i don't know what its called. and you scan the picture, rotate it the way you want it, and you do this to all of the pictures, and college them together. or maybe if you don't have the program on your computer, you could just like scrapbook a bunch of pictures together on a piece of paper. im sure it'll be fine! good luck!
