I am starting track tomorrow with my school. We have to run two miles every day after school, which I am not used to at all. After running like this, is warm or cold better for your feet/legs? Also, I'm very thin because of my genes, so I really don't want it to be a low fat one, but does anyone know of a good HEALTHY diet(snacks, supplements, etc.) for someone who does track?
seriously, im in track also, and our coach always tells up the following: before a meet, like the day of, and the night before, load up on pasta and carbs. you burn them when you run. what our team always does the night before a meet is pasta dinners. we all get together at someones house, and have spiggety, penna, mastocholii, whatever pasta. of course while were there we play games and stuff. another thing is the day of, drink alot of water. personally i hav'nt really tried it because im scared im going to spend the rest of the day on the toilet. lastly no milk. apperently it upsets runners stoumachs. its doesn't so anything for me, butmy team mates say they don't do well because of milk at lunch. hope it helps... who knows maybe we'll run against each other someday! lol

man man man let me tell you a story i was on the bus and i like this boy(he's my friend) i asked for his number then he gave it 2 me but he hesitated i called him at like 8:30 he was like call me back im busy so i called him back like a 1h n 30m later so he didnt answer so i told my friend to call him and see if he answers she called and she was like i got the wrong number so i waited 10m 2 call him back but he didnt answer from my number so iwas like alright then i never called him again but the next day i told my friend charisse to call him from block so he answer and she was like you like ravin and he said as a friend and she said yall 2 go 2 gether and he said no we dont so they kept on going back and forth i got mad so after mardi gras holiday i was on the bus and i didnt talk to him but after the homeroom bell rang he was staring me down i was like hey jeremy and he said hey sooooo i seen him all through the day and we never spoke but on the bus there were two seats left one next to me and one next to a girl michelle so he sat with her and he was like my seat buddy and he turned around and said hey ravin(was he trying to make me jelous?) i said hi jeremy so the boy behind me kept on askin for my phone number so i was like no then jjeremy started looking all in michelle's face when a slow song came on and she was smiling and laughing and saying move move but i reallly like him and i used to think he liked me but now i think he likes michelle !! im so mad i need advice please?
well honey i hate to tell you this, but it sounds like he's a player. my advice is give him a break. im sure your a wonderful girl, but he obviously can't see that, it sounds like he doesn't like either you or Michelle but that he's playing you both. if you don't want to give up, try flirting with another guy, make him jelous, this isn't the smartest idea, but here's another thought... casually drop hints, maybe "accidently" drop a piece of paper with your phone number on it. but i personally think your best bet is to let him go, if he really likes you he'll chase after you!

oh honey, i don't want to be rude, but don't worry. if he likes you he needs to chase you. don't come right out and say you like him, play him a little. flirt alot, and talk to him. don't you go chasing him let him come to you. if you go around following him and calling him, he'll get annoyed by you, and it' will make you seem easy. or else you could just give it time, look at him and make eye contact, and look away, leave him guessing. hope it helps!

first make sure its ok with your mother, then go to msn .com, if thats what you want and click anything that says register for new mail, you may have to go to the mail button and when it says to log in hit register, it will take you step by step from there

This boy hes my friend and i think he likes me as more then a friend and i'm a bit scared if he asks me out bc i dont want to go out but hes like really nice so i dont know how to say know if it happens...Like in gym were doin like mounts and every time he says can i do mounts with you guys and i'm always like sure but i dont want him holding me up i'm shy about that kinda stuff you know? i think i know what your going through, i kinda had the same thing happen to me, where you want to say no but you still want to remain friends without anything changing? here's my advice: when you do mounts, try and change the subject, casually of course, but like pretend you didn't hear him, talk to your friends about something that just happened at lunch or whenever. if that doesn't work you could have a convo with him, tell/ask him who he likes, or you tell him first who you like (make someone up if you have to)...or truthfully id be real honest and say "i don't really see you in that kinda way" if hes a true friend he'll understand. yes he will be a little hurt but he will understand and be glad you told him rather than keep him playing for your attention. hope it helped, and sorry it took so long for me to answer. good luck
So last year i like this boy at my party and he was all over me he stuck his hands down my pants but thats all that happened and i like him alot and i told him and he seemed happy when i told him and when i asked him if he liked me he said he didnt know he would have to get back to me ( this was all on the internet) .. i want to talk to him in person but all i can think of right now is to say hi i think he likes me and is just to scared to talk to me as i am to talk to him. Any ideas on what to say to him or what to do?

I have to do a written assignment. thing that I can make up. I can do it on whatever i want. It's for a scrapbook that were doing and theres other writing assignments that we have to do, such as "A list of questions you may think to yourself at time. These questions may be general or relate to you and/our your family" Also, there's "A list of predictions you can make about your future" For this one that i make up, there is no limit on how long it can be or what it can be about. But I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have any ideas ?
do it on something you like/enjoy... a hobbie, a sport, your BF, i had something like this i had to do, i did it on cross counrty, it was easy to write, and had tons of pics. another thing you could do it on is your friends/classmates through the years, 1st grade...2ed grade...to your current year. this will be easy to scrappbook, and lots of fun to do. good luck, hope i was of help!

Crushes arn't that much of a threat, but again make sure it doesn't turn into anything serious. maybe you should think of what girl you like more. Okay, I am really nervous about getting my braces off. I mean, I am worried that those brown spots will be underneath the brackets and my teeth will look gross. I brush my teeth twice a day with whitening toothpaste for the recommended two minutes and wash my mouth out with listerine. Is that enough? It's really hard to floss!
honey, don't worry. i used to have braces, and i thought the same thing. thats part of their job to get rid of the brown spots. and yes they will. the spots arn't even that noticeable if they don't get rid of them. but don't worry, really, they will be gone, and with your braces off, you should be smiling, not worring about weather or not you have brown spots. your teeth are probably beautiful, so show them, it projects alot of self confidence: smile!
When I go to the mall or movies with my guy friend he always holds the first door open. But my question is if there is a second set of doors should I just wait for him to open those too, or should I just open them myself?

seriously proactive! it really works, i get comments from everyone that my face clears up!guys even look at me more. or if you don't like proactive, noxzema, or good skin products work. typically that is the routine, only make sure you pat your face dry not rub. you may also be over washing it, or try putting on a toner afterwords hope it helps!

i know im the same way! i was going to tell you to make a small scrapbook of all of the times you shared or else you could buy those tie blankets, and jo-anne fabrics, and give that to him. im sure he'll love anything you give him. another suggestion is, a gift card to olive garden, and tell him to take you out, but here's the crafty part, create a card to put the gift card in. hope it helps, and good luck. :)

truthfully im a big girly girl, so here's my opnion:) a cute summer like dress, with come cute heels that match. a small amount of makeup, maybe some mascera and eyeshadow, with a touch of lipstick, (victoria's secret is good)then either curl your hair, and leave it down, but no pony tails. a few bracelets would be nice, but not too many. hope i was of assisstance :)
There is this discharge I get in my panties. I knwo discharge is normal. But it is excessive amounts. Like it is always there. I could take a shower and have it in my panties in like 5 minutes... I thas been like this for years and i am not sure of why.
