Okay, so i met this guy on july fourth and ever since then we've been hecka tight. like we hang out all the time and stuff, and we're pretty muchly best friends. So like 4 of my friends like him. And so i asked him who he liked and i thought it would be one of them.. but then he goes and says that it's me and he was totally serious. And, i hope he wasn't just being friends with me cause he liked me. I mean, i just like him being there as my best friend. I don't know i told him and everything and he was like oh don't worry that doesnt hurt my feelings i know were hecka good friends and stuff.. and then we just talked for a couple hours last night about just regular stuff.. was that the right thing for me to do? i mean.. i told him the truth.

yah that wuz definetly the right thing for you to do. alot of prople would have led him on and thats not good. it IS good that you told him the truth.just stay tight friends with him maybe in the future you will start to have feelings fo rhim as more than just a friend.

Yes, you did the right thing by telling him the truth. If you lied and said you liked him back, well that would turn into a mess and a lot of trouble. It's a good thing you told him how you really felt. It might've hurt his feelings but it's better then lying and then him finding out the truth after.
