(In order of encounter) Eyes, nose, hair, posture and figure (although figure is often just observation, and doesn't matter so much - might to other guys), neatness, voice (This is one of the most important features - I remember thinking "oh, she's pretty" for a few moments about a girl, until I found out her name was "looiese"...Louise's accent - SERIOUSLY off-putting), intelligence (Counts a lot for me - wouldn't at all for others)
2. (I'm not sure if you're talking sexually here, or just something that would be attractive) Eye contact - You know when you kind of lock eyes with someone and your guts turn to jelly stuff? Flirting... Knowing how to smile - Soooo important. Good figure factors in. Well applied makeup - not "look perfect, while still natural" crap, but special things, like glitter or shimmer, it can really make you look like an angel.
3. (I'm guessing that's meant to say turnoffs) Being ditsy (too stupid for comprehension, and over-vocal). Being badly presented - Real killer, if you don't know a girl, and you see her walking around looking like a tree with twigs in her hair, and dirt under her nails... you tend to stay away, simple as that. Smoking. Having a "slutty" appearance, or manner - 'reputations' (rumours) don't count for much because they can be so wrong about people. Drug taking would be "turn around and walk away" grounds, even for a supermodel.
There is no 4?
5. Ouch, more difficult than it looked at first. Understanding, if that's an attitude. Supportive. Motivated. The worst thing is for a girl to like herself too much.
6. Eyes. Hands are nice, soft hands, nice nails. Nails don't even have to be long actually, just shapely and not in bad nick.
Hey, if you leave feedback, I'm curious to know why you wanted to know this stuff ;).

Well, if it's from the back, I usually notice her hair first (I like girls with long hair). If her hair isn't long, or pulled up, what else is there but the booty? From the front, the face (most important!), it goes to the breast (big are always nice, but not so important), the gentle curve of her hips, her legs, then I go back up, ending with the face.
2. I really like girls that can think, arn't afraid to wonder about things (like philosophy), I also find it attractive if they have a good sense of humor. And,it might sound strange, but I find it very alluring if a girl winks at me.
3. I really don't like girls that smoke, drink, or do drugs. Not good!
4. I don't really like girls with bad attitudes and yell at adults. Everyone should respect their elders!
5. I don't mind the hair color, as long as its long (like down to her lower back) and blue, green, and gray eyes are pretty. Brown is good, but it's just too common!
