xo_jenna_respects_ox answered Tuesday August 16 2005, 1:02 am: I'm not sure about the notes, but as a pic you can use like an old credit card that no one can use, just cut it into the shape of a pic. My brother did it, it really works. Hope i helped.
ShYbl0nD3 answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:21 pm: the guitar is usually tunes E A D G B E thinkest to thinest. but there are different ways to toon it.
you could just use your figers or you could try a coin i guess, but im not sure if that would be to rough on the guitar. you could try that round part of a key? im sure that would work.

MFS answered Monday August 15 2005, 11:16 pm: generally, you tune them E A D G B E, biggest string to thinnest string. There are many variants you can tune to, though. You use the E below middle C on the piano for the lowest string.
Use a coin as a temporary pick, though honestly, I just use my fingers mostly - I don't like picks all that much. You can also take an old AOL CD and cut it into triangles for picks. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
