Usually the results are accurate after 3 or more days. Try buying more than 1 test(even though they can be pricey) to make sure that the answer you get it stable throughout different name brands. MummuM answered Monday August 15 2005, 9:32 pm: You need to wait at least twelve days before you take a pregnancy test. This is to enable the test to detect the high progesterone level that your uterus produces when there is a successful pregnancy. Relax. Wait for your period. If it doesn't come on the day you expect, keep in mind that nerves can delay it. Then get a pregnancy test.
