Do you know how to delete the history of what internet sites you have been on??

Well I can only help you if you have Explorer.

Go to Tools (above the refresh button) click it and scroll down to the bottom of the list and click 'Internet options' click that and on the 'General' tab toward the bottom there should be history and click 'Clear History'. Do that and you're good!
