acne scars!! help!
hey
i have acne scars on my cheeks they are kinda purple and very very small. i think they are acne scars they look like pores but are kinda red and purple, they are very faint and are covered up easily by foundation but by the end of the day you can see them again :( so is there such a thing as scar removal of fader or something?? cos my skin would be pretty clear when they have gone. its just my cheeks.
btw i am 16/f and live in the uk... do boots sell something i can use?

Here are some of the Home Remedies to get rid of pimple scars :
1. Tomato, which has vitamin A. Vitamin A, controls the production of excess sebum and also an excellent antioxidant. Slice tomato and apply slices directly to skin.
2. Your skin needs water to keep the skin plump, remove toxins and build new skin cells. Drink at least 80 ounces of filtered water a day to give your skin the quality and quantity of water it needs to reveal healthier, fresher skin.
3. Cucumber is one of the refreshing treatments used for the treatment of acne. Blend the cucumber into a paste and apply it on the spots. Leave it for 30 to 45 minutes and then wash it off.
4. The sandalwood and rosewater blend can be used as a facial mask and cab be instantly applied on the pimple areas of skin. Wear it during the night before going to bed.

well you can go to the doctor and ask I have these acne scars are there any way I can get rid of them or you can go to the stores and search around for stuff acne if hard to get rid of but scars are easy if none of my advice helps then let them go away they will soon there just like any thing you have such as ring worm scars or acne they will go away soon if you have any questions you can email me at heather_luvs_u123@yahoo.com or ask me in my inbox sorry if I didn't help

MEDERMA its a cream and you put it on the scars and in a few weeks they will dissapear. i use it on a really big scar and you cant see it at all anymore.

theres this stuff called Mederma... and its like a cream... and you jus put it on when your face is clean... usually at night and you keep doing it til it goes away and theres also neosporn scar solution patches that work really well also!!

umm well, i dont know what those scars look like, but you can use Neutrogena Visibly Even daily spf 15 moisturizer to fade away the color of the scars. my friend and i both use it and we think it works really well. there's also this Neutrogena Acne Fading Peel that's supposed to help fade away acne scars. i have it too, but i dont know if it works well because i use other things along with it, but i really like using it. i bought both products at a Target store in the us, so i'm not sure if they have it in the uk. neutrogena is a pretty big company, so they SHOULD sell some of their products in countries other than the us.

Dear Emma,
Try using Neosporin cream its the same cream you would use to treat cuts or wounds. And their are patches that remove scars from the same company...good luck.
