He'll like/love you for your personality, not for what your looks are. =) & if you do end up showing him your stomach, and he breaks up with you for it, than he really wasnt worth your time anyways. If you want to lose the baby fat though, try doing crunches and sit ups, because it works the abb muscles. and will help you lose it and tone. -sleep 9-10 hrs a day
-eat all 3 meals especially a good sized breakfast. studies show that you can actually gain/keep weight by not eating breakfast, because your body goes into starvation mode and doesn't burn calories
-eat every 3 hrs er so, healthy snacks obviously, fruit, veggies, crackers, etc. it may seem like alot but it helps your metabolism and helps you burn calories
-exersize daily for about 1-2 hrs. basketball and swimming burn alot. go for a light run/jog er 100 crunches er something.

If you do that & you still aren't happy, you can try selecting a healthier diet. You don't necessarily have to knock all junk foods out of your eating habits, but you can try eating healthier foods too. Like salads, fruits, & vegetables. Drinking a lot of water is good too!
Hope everything works out & hope I helped. If you need any more tips just leave your e-mail in my inbox & I'd be glad to send more!
