So i dont like alot of veggies or fruits but i need to diet what do i do i hate salad and all the jazz plz help im such a picky picky eater!

just stay away from a lot of fatty foods. and eat some foods that are half good for you but dont eat as much. and you have to exercise with your dieting because it will help. and if you do like any fruits or vegetables at all eat those a lot. i know how you feel i dont like a lot of vegetables or fruits either. hope all goes well
