hey...im 13 and i really wantto lose some weight but i don't like to excercise or eat right...what should i do and how should i get myself motivated??

That helps alot. To loose weight.. i would try and be more active..try riding your bike once in a while, and running can also be fun if one of your friends wants to run with you! Try eating more fruit and not as much pop. And when your watching t.v. strech a lil bit and do some crunches. The more often you do things, you will get used to it. I hope things work out! good luck!
