when my friends seem to say something or do something not nessisarily good, i seem to tell them, but i feel like im telling then how to run there life. what should i do? because when it happens i dont' want to tell them not to do it but it kinda makes me feel uncomforable...

well if its harming them, as a good friend you should politely tell them and they may or may not accept it, but just know that your doing the right thing:)
