M3GHANBUCHERvllybll answered Tuesday August 9 2005, 9:58 pm: i saw the movie but i'm not quite sure if it's the same w/the book... well in the movie theres two sisters and one has a mental disablilty and lives on her own. she's kinda obsessive compulsive i think... and then her mom (i think it was her mom i can't remember who it was) who was living w/her to help her get along passes away. so they need someone to stay w/her to get her back on her feet and the choose her sister who has a family and a full life and full time job she needs to do. so she comes and stays and fins out that her sister (that has a mental issue) only eats junk food, doesn't care for herself, and rides the bus everyday. what she does is ride the bus all around the routes. and her sister learns that shes living life how she wants and that she shouldn't interfere. i hope this helps i know it's probably confusing. if it didn't help you can drop one in my inbox to ask more questions about it or at local bookstores they make have books called clif-notes that are summaries of the book... i hope i helped
