Losing Weight Hi, I was looking for a good columnist to give me advice on this, and when I read that you are into fitness, I was like, "Wow, that was easy." SO...I go running and I don't overeat. I usually don't eat junk food. I've been patient, but I've gained weight instead of losing it, and I know it's not muscle. I can tell I've actually gained fat. I am 15/f, 5'2 1/2" and 125 pounds. I'm not happy with my weight and I've been worrying about it since like 6th grade, but I've never been able to lose anything. It's like the only thing on my mind every day and it really upsets me and frustrates me.

First of all, nice to know you sent this to me personally. =) I love when people stick stuff in my inbox!
Anyway, basically, you need a great exercise and diet program. One of the ways you can get both of these is by going to a gym -- there are trainers and nutritionists that can help create a program just for you. However, it costs money at some gyms (which sucks).
You don't need to lose weight -- your height and weight are fairly average. What you need to do is continue exercising to tone your body and make yourself look and feel more fit. I'd also suggest modifying your diet -- just because you don't overeat or eat junk food doesn't mean that you're eating the right stuff!
