Well if you want the good stuff, don't buy it in places like Target or Wal-Mart. You have to go to a department store or a cosmetic store like Sephora or MAC. I would definitely suggest MAC eyeshadows because they come in every color imaginable. They're like $14 but so worth it. Another good one to try would be Hard Candy (sold at Sephora.) Those come in lots of fun colors and they're like $12.50. I know those are a little expensive for eyeshadow but you gotta spend the extra money to get the good stuff! :-)
