You dont have to know all the answers but i just want you to at least answer one

1) what movie was sisqo in?
2) whats the crash diet?
3) why do people eat only cottage cheese for like 2 weeks? (does it like help them burn fat or something?)
4) Then also is it true that you can get a flat tummy from eating only cottage cheese and drinking water for 2 weeks? (or at least get a flatter tummy?)

1. i dont know
2 you dont eat anythign but when you crash diet after your done with that you put on all the weight you lost + more
3.It helps you loose weight but you also have to exercise with it

1) "Get Over It" That's the name of the movie.
2) A crash diet is when you eat practically nothing for a short period of time to lose weight really fast.
3) It's a form of crash dieting. It's low fat so it helps you lose weight.
4) I don't think that's true. Only exercise (crunches) can help you get a flatter stomach.
