1. Pick ONE bedtime and try to go to bed close to that time every night.
2. make up a bedtime ritual to let your body know its time to go to sleep. Take a shower or bath, read a book, watch tv, put on some relaxing lotion
3.Lay in your bed, try not to worry about anything. Just pretend you are "sinking" into your bed. Relax your body, and as you relax each part, say it in your head. "Arm is relaxed, Leg is relaxed, eyes are relaxed, and so on...)
4. Make sure there are no loud noises like really loud music or tvs. But some noises are good, like repetetive noises such as fans, help me to fall asleep.
5. make sure not to drink caffeine or exercise real hard before bed.
