Forgetting the past
Ok well i liked this guy and we went out for a month, he broke up with me the day after our 1 month, and now i cant get over him. i didnt like him much when we were going out..i was really going to dump him but after he dumped me i feel madly in love! hes my every thought, and whatever i do hes somehow there!! help!! i need to stop this before school starts...not that im going to forget..but it would help!

maybe you relized how great he really was. and you like him a lot, right? why dont you try to get him back.

Focus on someone else. It really helps you get over the guy. There isnt much else to do to get over a guy, besides finding a new one. You can hang out with your girlfriends & check out hot guys. Do girly things to help you get over him. Its hard to move on, but i think you really need to.

Find another guy, that you really like and hang out with hime more. Also try clearing your mind whenver thoughts of him come up. I know its hard to just forget about someone but sometimes it just needs time.
