This simply means you are starting puberty, and puberty is just when your body matures from childhood into adulthood. It's a natural course, nothing to be afraid of. What you have is 'pubic hair'... everyone has it. It's a fact of life, really. How old are you? You could be starting your cycle soon... just because of that fact that you are obviously in puberty now... but the hair ITSELF is not a sign of this. No worries.. =] [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]

Razhie answered Thursday August 4 2005, 10:54 pm: It is normal, and it means you are growning up. Some women get pretty furry down there too. Lots of older women shave it off, and some like to leave it.
Anyways, hair in new places is just part of the new you. Relax.
*It doesn't mean you'll get your period really soon, it's probably still a while off. The two things aren't closely related* [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]
