You have to use a graphics program. Paint is good for simple things, and comes free with a windows computer. Just be sure your picture is saved as a 48x48 pixels (if you don't know what this is, I will give you more details if you ask me a private question, or if you email me at splitzy@gmail.com)

You don't really have to DO anything. It's prettie simple. You can go to: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and make a worded one. Also, if you have a picture on your computer, make shore it's saved as a .JPG image, and resize it down to the size of a normal AIM icon, by using Windows Paint, and the website will allow you to upload a picture. It's quite simple - nothing really to it. :D
