RATE HIGH i have brown hair with blonde highlights a oval face a a big jewish nose and a barely visible upper lip what are some ways i can look different without a lot of makeup or surgery because i am going to another skool and i want to change

dye your hair darker or lighter... like so its all one color.... no highlights. use a plumping lip gloss so your lips look fuller. there's not much you can do about your nose though... and long hair with lots of layers and side bangs looks good with oval faces.

Try doing your hair a different way every day. It sounds like your hair would look good in french braids, if you can do them. Also, you can do a loose ponytail, tuck your hair through the middle so it comes out the bottom and pull it tight. You could change your makeup and dress differently, but you should let your personality be the same as it was before. Good luck!
