Honestly just be yourself. Dont act any other way, because if shes going to like you she needs to appricate you for who you are :). Just try talking to her and asking to hang out and what not :) if shes interested you can move from there. But take things slow and dont push anything... girls dont like to be pushed into any type of situation it makes us uncomfortable

I find that you can buy them off quite easily. Save up all the money from your paper route and get her something nice!
If that doesn't work, then try working another 3-4 months and buying what we like to call chloroform. Place that on a rag ~ Oh, well, you will know what to do.
