Hello i need some good food choices to eat for on a diet.
I know im supposed to eat fruits and veggies, but what kind of meals?
Also im having Chow Mein for dinner (my favorite) is that bad for you, if you want to lose weight?

Also, try to eat some salads for lunch or dinner. A lot of people don't like salad, like me. I usualy just down the salad in some fat free dressing. I think what you're having for supper isn't too great for you, but I couldn't be exactly sure, so sorry about that one. You can try to eat some fruits for snacks in between meals too if you get hungry. For breakfast foods you could try something like toast and bananas or some other kind of fruit that you like. artistegirly answered Monday August 1 2005, 4:46 pm: It depends on wether your counting Calories, carbs, fat content or your just paring down on you meals. One major thing is that if you want to lose weight, drink nothing but water! There are sooo many empty calories in soda, juice and iced tead/lemonade that it blows your entire diet in just one glass! Unless you're excercizing, also stay away from sport and energy drinks.
