If you suspect that you might be pregnant, consider taking a home pregnancy test right away. But here are the pregnancy symptoms.
1. Your basal body temperature stays high
2. A missed period
3. Frequent urination
4. Food aversions
5. Increased sensitivity to odors
6. Nausea or vomiting
7. Implantation bleeding
8. Fatigue
9. Tender, swollen breasts
10. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test
If you have all of these symptoms you are most likely pregnant.

No two women will have the same symptoms during early pregnancy - these things can range anyting from sudden weight gain, short-term memory lapses, nausea, loss of appetite, increase in appetite, food seeming to taste different, headaches, etc etc etc.
If you have reason to worry, you're better off getting an actual test.
Being only a month late for a menstrual cycle really doesn't strike me as being all that terribly unusual, as many women I know skip or are more irregular anyway.
Keep in mind that increase in physical activity, change in diet, and increases in stress can cause your body to postpone mentruation. This is fairly typical.
