people say running is a way to lose wieght but can i just walk instead? if not, why cant i?

Hey

Sure. You can walk instead. It's actually better if you walk then run, because when you run you can't keep it up for a long time. You get tried right away. but when you walk you can do it for a longer time and you lose more weight if you do it twice as longer as you run. Also why dont you try jogging. It's better then running and walking put together. But i guess it all depends on how long you walk.
