well people that are interested go online and research it first. And then most of them find a college or school that majors in ventriloquists.
But thats only for the people that want to make this a job and a lifestyle not just a hobby. Others just go online and find sites and learn by themselfs. Although i dont know how they do it i do now that it takes alot of hard work just like any other kind of job would. Also alot of practice. Like they say practice makes perfect!
