hellp? ok well im not fat or anything but i want my stomach flat by when school starts and so i need to lose 5 pounds..does anyone have any good suggestions.. oh and i do workout .. i run 2 miles 4 times a week and do some weight stuff but i need help with what to eat annd when to eat

try doing situps/crunches and other excerises for your tummy and soon it will be flat, eat alot of fruit and veggies, dont over eat lol hope that helps you

They say that you should eat 6 times a day but in very small portions compared to 3 times a day with big portions. I'm pretty sure that should help you. ]
hi.im a kick boxer and the u can just jump rope. start and one minutes dofive sets of that. then each week ad one more minute ]
curlups/situps will really help your stomach ]
eat fruits and veggies and dont eat till you are full dont eat a bed time snack eaither instead of pop n soda drink water n gatorade keep up the g00d work ]
