Karen answered Sunday July 31 2005, 3:20 pm: You can use rubbing alcohol or toothpaste to dry out the pimples and to reduce the redness. Or you can use a acne face or body wash by Neutrogena, which works well. There's also Proactiv that you can purchase for around twenty dollars, depending on the comercial you see. Just try not to touch the affected area that much because that will make it worse. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
