Urghh okay... well there is this boy (lets just call him Ben) and i mean i always go on and off liking him .. we already went out once and we both were invited to a pool party yesterday and we were there with a lot of our other friends and me and him were swimming together and then we both went underwater and our eyes were open and he kissed me UNDERWATER!! ya weird but w/e and then that night i had basketball practice and my friend Britney (she likes Ben) came up to me and was like "omg today in the pool i was hugging ben and he was like 'Britney, i really really like u a lot'" and i mean nobody really knows that i like ben besides my best friend but im just so confused because he kissed me and then told her he really liked her?.. that doesnt make sence.. please help!

If he kissed you and then told Britney he liked her, sounds like the guy is dishonest. You might try just sitting him down and talking to him. Can't hurt!!! You deserve to know what's really going on if you want a relationship with him. But before you two DO get hooked up,think about this guy who is has already two-timed you. You deserve much BETTER!!!

If he kissed you and only hugged her it seems like he likes you more. He might just be figuring out which one of you he likes more and who he wants to go out with. But it sounds to me like your in the lead. I mean I wasn't at the party so I don't know if he flirted wiht britney or you....I would let him know that you are interested in him but don't be forward. Ask him over sometime or something like that.
