Your Hymen (Cherry) is located outside the vagina. The hymen is a layer of tissue, just like the tissue around the opening of your vagina. You don't always pop your cherry by having sex, there are many other ways such as: bicycling, horseback riding, gymnastics, inserting tampons, or while masturbating. Sometimes when it is popped, you bleed. But not all girls are the same. Some bleed, some only bleed a little and others don't bleed at all.

It means that the tissue inside of you had torn and it's bleeding. It's normal. If that tissue tears or you "pop your cherry" that means that your not a virgin anymore..lol.. but it could tear not just sexually. Cherry pops are referring to it sexually. You never kno some girls tissue has been torn during their period and they are never going to know. Hope i helped!
