ok so this is to the food problem girl .. i know its not my advice column or ne thing but i know a lot about the whole anorexic - bulemic thing. DONT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU IN SCHOOL!! lindsay, health teachers just teach what they are required, but you can ALWAYS bend the rules. its not bad to skip a few meals here and there .. if you have a few extra pounds and skip a couple of meals, your body will be just fine and you will lose weight. and if you stick your fingers down your throat a couple times, it really wont have long-term effects. you just cant constantly do these things and starve yourself of esential nutriants. try eating a piece of lean chicken for dinner. and living off vegetables, fruits, and protein drinks would be a perfect diet for you. instead of skipping meals, try a fruit salad, a banana, any type of fruit or vegetable. go to stop-n-shop's produce section and look at the drinks that they are selling. usually they have multiple protein fruit juices that would allow you to skip 'fatty' meals and just drink instead. drink a lot of water and lindsay's right, exercise. even if you just jog around your block for 15 minutes, it will do a world of good for you. remeber - your mom is only telling you that you are overweight because she wants you to be healthy - not constantly shove your finger down your throat and not eat. also - you have to be extremely careful when making yourself throw up, it is entirely possible to choke on your vomit - a very scary experience, i might add. so sorry lindsay but i couldnt resist =\
