ncblondie answered Thursday July 28 2005, 2:26 am:
You probably could if you were determined enough but it wouldn't be healthy for your body. If you try to lose weight too fast, your body will think it's being starved and will start storing fat instead of burning it. A more healthy weight loss goal is 2 pounds a week. If you need help on setting up a balanced diet, just let me know.
