hey sara i gotta i had a friend last year and a few years before but recently hes got SO FREAKIN ANNOYING and he is trying to be kool and is mean to me but then wherever i see him he follows me around and annoys me and also is imbarising but when i think about not wanting to be his friend i feel guilty cuz he doesnt have any other friends when i do. What should i do?

What i would do is tell him how you feel. Say your still friends but lately he's been acting different. Tell him he hasn't been a good friend, and if he wants to still be friends, he's going to have to change. Say you liked him better when he was nice and ask him why has he been so different latley? Thanks!
