It puts the image of the "perfect beautiful/sexy girl" into our heads as being well... extremely skinny. Which is definitely NOT true. Some guys say they like girls with curves. You should be happy with who you are, there is no one else like you out there-You are one of a kind. To the weight loss part. The ideal way to lose weight is to go to a gym, well that is what most people think. But there are many things you can do just at your house seeing that getting a gym membership can be crazy expensive. Each day you should go running for either a set distance (1-2+ miles) or to a for a set time (20-30+ minutes) Not only does running work your cardiovascular but jumproping helps a ton! Jumprope for 20 minutes. You can also work your abs and arms in your home. Do a series of pushups/crunches/sit ups. You should set a goal and see if you reach it each week, if you do.. GREAT! have a reward? If not... its okay just work a little harder next time! GOOD LUCK!!!! =)
