I think im fat

Hey- Im about 5'4 and i weigh about 175 lbs. i need to lose 20 pounds by september 1st. Is there anyway i can without taking pills or anything..or can i just lose it by running for 30 mins everynight?

Running may help...

Diet pills don't work.

Just eat healthy and exercise.

Create a small calorie deficit. If counting calories helps, do that. DON'T GO UNDER 1000 CALORIES A DAY!!! Your bpdy needs at least that much to live, more if you are working out. I suggest 1500 calories a day as a relatively safe number when you exercise.

Find healtier alternatives to things you like to eat. For example, frozen yogurt or sorbet instead of icecream. Sorbet is awesome. Or try mini rice cakes instead of your usual munchies. The mini ones are more flavorful than the large ricecakes.

As to exercise, running and swimming are the best, as they provide a full body work out. I personally don't like either. I generally opt to play DDR for exercise. It is a fun, addictive dance game (imagine, being addicted to exercise!), and gives you a good aerobic workout. You can buy it for Playstation (one or two), play it in the arcades, or download Stepmaina free online, and play off of your computer(still have to buy pad and adapters, unless you don't mind using the floor instead).

Yeah, running is a good way to burn some calories. Also, you should probably do some sit up for a tighter tummy! And watch what you eat, that's about all i can say!

If you want to loose weight you have to diet and exersise. Everybody knows that.. start by cutting sugars and sweets out of your diets. Instead of eating a huge full mean break it off into 3 meals during that day. Dont eat fried foods with lots of oils and fats. Make sure you keep track of how many calories you eat. Do about 300 crunches or situps a day.. ahh I know you might think its just imposibble && too much but trust me it isnt. Do about 150 during the day and 150 at night. Do all those exersies and trust me they wont be hard. Eat fruits && veggies!!! No-one likes to hear that but then the results you get you will be really happy! You dont have to eat it just plain.. but make yourself a salad with fat free dressing same with fruits. Go to these 2 websites.. they might help you out! [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)! That one will tell you what kind of exersises you can do for each body part. Also healthy diets and nutrition things. Also.. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)! Put your weight in there and it will tell you how much unhealthy weight you have on your body that you need to loose. If you stick to your diet and exersise you will be thrilled when its all over! You will have to do it for a few months and when you loose the weight you wanted you will be happy and just feel much better about yourself!! Good luck!

unless you binge and purge, it's almost impossible to lose 20 pounds. never ask to loose a certain amout of weight by a certain date. it never happens.
