OK, im confused. yesterday, i downloaded something. (it was video) so then when u trued opening it on windows media player, a message came up saying that i had to immidiatly restart m computer if i was seeing the message for the first time. what exactly was that? like, it automatically went to a screen with blue bckgrnd and yellow text.

Sometimes when you download something new to your computer it has to restart in order for the new something to work. If you Yes or okay your computer will automatically shut itself down and restart. It is just part of the download process and nothing to worry about. If you have shut you machine off for any reason since the download (like overnight), it has already been taken care of. :)

i think that blue backgrnd was one of 2 things, windows freezing or media player trying to update and telling you to shut down so the changes would appear when you restart. hope this helps! <3
