Yes hun, this is very illegal. 19 is considered an adult and you are still a teenager. You guys can get into a lot of trouble if anyone find this out. If someone does find out, he could be put into jail. This isn't based on sex either. Even if you guys do not have sex, he can still get into trouble with the law for just being with you. It would be okay if you were 18 and up, but since you are only 13, it's called dating a minor. I know you might like this guy and everything, but really think about it. Ask yourself, why is he with me? Older guys tend to go into a relationship with younger girls just to see if they can get some skin. I know this may not be the case and he may be a great guy, but you just never know. If he really cares about you, he'll wait for you until you are of age. As of right now, I'd suggest dating some guys who are 18 and younger.

It's illegal. He is endangering the welfare of a minor. Which is what you are. Legal Adult (him) + Legal Minor (you) = Him in jail if anyone finds out. If there was sex involved, there would be even MORE trouble because that is statutory rape (I believe that's how you spell it) which he can be arrested for and serve up to 15 years in prison, if I'm not mistaken. Even though you may be head over heels for this guy, my suggestion is to either end the relationship or keep it on the ULTRA DL.
