First of all, don't wear a studded belt, they make you take it back to your car, or you have to throw it away. (Not kidding, I went to a Green Day concert in May..) and trust me hun, nobody is looking at you, they're looking at Billie, Mike, and Tre, not what you're wearing. So wear something comfy, and something thats going to keep you cool, because it gets hot in there.

Whatever you do, please do NOT wear a Green Day T-shirt. Every other person there will be doing the exact same thing. I know this as an experienced onlooker. It's actually quite funny to watch. Wear something you feel comfortable in. And it all depends on what kind of look you are going for. If you want to blend in...wear the Green Day band tee, pyramid stud belt, black Chuck Taylors, and jeans with commercialized holes in them. If you are one to stand out I like the layering idea that the girl below left. Jeans and a fun t-shirt would be fine. Keep in mind it IS a concert, you are going to get hot and sweaty, and you'll be with a bunch of people in tight quarters. Wear waterproof mascara :-D.

You could wear a Green Day band shirt, jeans with a studded belt, and Converse Chucks. My friend's going to one in September and she usually wears an outfit like that. Wear something that you're going to be comfortable in.

I would say some Dickie shorts [as not to become overheated] and a easy Greenday tshirt. If you're female, I recommend putting your hair up in a bun or pony tails to get it off of your neck. And of course wear some comfortable shoes. Also, I suggest taking it easy on the eye make up if possible. Chances are you'll be sweating, and mascara in the eyes is PAAAAAAAIIIIIN... Hopefully this helps you? :D
