Ok I think I am able to answer. "Getting wet" in the case of a female is usually refered to a female when she has gotten aroused. What happens is when the female is sexually aroused, blood flow to the clitoris and breasts increases. This inturn causes the the vestibule glands in the vagina to lubricate the vestibule and facilitates antry of the penis. So in other words, getting wet is just the secretion that lubricates the vagina for sexual activity. It's not embarassing, asking questions helps you to learn. If you don't ask, you won't know.
